The TAP™ Giant Flat Band is a great resistance tool for general conditioning, sport-specific exercises, strengthening, and rehabilitation. It is also a very effective tool for unassisted stretching to enhance mobility and flexibility.
These functional fitness bands can be used virtually anywhere. Using it in conjunction with other conditioning accessories takes exercises that have become routine to the next level by making the exercise more challenging.
The Giant Flat Band Loop is available in six resistances:
The ¼" x 41" (Orange) Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 10lb (temporarily unavailable)
The ½" x 41" (Red) 'Light' Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 25lb
The ½" x 41" (Black) 'Heavy' Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 35lb
The 1⅛" x 41" (Purple) Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 50lb
The 1¾" x 41" (Green) Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 75lb
The 2½" x 41" (Blue) Loop can provide a maximum resistance of approximately 100lb
