Rawlings Baseball Arm Strength Trainer

Description

My kids used this arm strength trainer when they were in Little League.  It still has a lot of life left in it, even though it is used.
I don't remember how it works, but it has three orange stretchy plastic cords, one black nylon strap, and the metal frame with a baseball attached.
