Description

This PVC Wing Chun training dummy comes with arms that spin. The lower arm spins to train grappling techniques [aikido wrist locks, etc.].
The upper arm can be locked in place in 2 different positions [arms level and traditional wing chun arms offset]. The upper arm can be unlocked to spin freely for chi sau [sticky hands] training.
The dummy weighs about 45 pounds and can be attached to a baseplate. When unattached, the dummy can be mobile and trips, sweeps and throws can be practiced. With the legs attached to the base the dummy adds resistance and stability for more powerful strikes.
The body padding can be removed and the dummy can withstand weapons training including batons, staffs, knifes, etc.
This dummy will not stop, it won't get fatigued, it won't complain about being injured and it will always be ready for combat. It will call to you, demanding that you come and play.
