Bondo Body Filler, Repairing Dents, Ding, Holes, Scratches In Vehicles, Fast Dry
    About This Item:
Bondo® Glass Reinforced Filler makes an excellent foundation for hole, dent and rust-out repairs without the need for backing strips, cloths and resins. It contains short, interlocking fiberglass strands and fibers that make it twice as strong as regular body filler. It is also slightly thicker and provides a fast drying time, making the filler less messy on vertical surfaces like car doors.

Two-part lightweight compound mixes easily and spreads smoothly
Spread easy and cures in only 20 minutes for same day repairs

Features salmon color when red cream hardener and body filler is fully mixed

    Directions:
    Instructions:
. Directions for use (Read all directions and warnings for safe and proper application.). 1. Clean surface with warm, soapy water or a residue remover. Allow to dry. . 2. Sand the damaged area with coarse 80 grit sandpaper to remove all paint, primer and rust down to bare metal. Sand 1-2 inches beyond damaged area. . 3. Mixing: Knead cream hardener tube thoroughly. For a golf ball-size amount of filler, squeeze out 1 1/4 inch strip of hardener, or mix a 3 inch diameter circle 1/2 inch thick of filler to a 3 inch strip of cream hardener. Mix thoroughly to uniform color on clean, non-porous surface. Mix only small amounts that can be used within 3-4 minutes. Do not add cream hardener in filler container. Spread initial thin layer of mixed filler over repair area using firm pressure to ensure maximum adhesion. . 4. Allow filler to cure 20-30 minutes. Sand with 80 grit sandpaper and featheredge with 180 grit or finer. . 5. Apply 2-3 coats of primer to cover repair area. Follow paint manufacturer's recommendation. Sand with fine (320 or 400 grit) sandpaper. Optional: Apply a very thin layer of Bondo Glazing & Spot Putty to fill pinholes or small imperfections if necessary. Sand with 320 or 400 grit sandpaper and top coat with primer and paint. For best results apply at 45°F (7°C) or above. Clean tools with acetone or lacquer thinner.
