    Description

    Beautiful one of a kind example of Victorian era embroidery artwork. Piece is approx. 15" width x 19" length. Framed in the original antique wood frame accented with gold and backed with Smith and Alsop paper. Dated mid-1800's to first decade of the 1900's. Mixed media of exquisite paper punch embroidery of flowers and birds bordered by beautiful cuts of Victorian paper. This piece has the normal yellowing of age, but no water stains and the colors are still quite vibrant.  Will be shipped with extra care and added insurance.
