Martin in 1842 - "Christian Missions: An Introductory Lecture Delivered Before the Boston Young Men's Society for Diffusing Missionary Knowledge, December 29, 1841 by Benjamin Franklin Butler". Butler (1818-1893) was later a Civil War Union General.
